What is a multilayer board made of?
Multi-layer PCB is a circuit board composed of more than two layers of electrical layer (copper foil layer) superimposed on each other. The copper layers are bonded together by layers of resin. A multilayer plate has at least three layers of conductors, two of which are on the outer surface and the remaining layer is incorporated into the insulation plate. Electrical connectors are usually done by plating through holes, which are transverse to the plate. Multilayer boards represent the most complex types of printed circuit boards.
