LTM4620AEV # PBF is a complete dual channel 13A or single channel 26A output switch mode DC/DC power supply with a wider VOUT range and higher efficiency than LTM4620. It supports operation within an input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, with each output having an output voltage range from 0.6V to 5.3V set by a single external resistor. LTM4620AEV # PBF includes switch controller, power FET, inductor, and all supporting components, using proprietary space saving and heat enhanced 15mm × 15mm × 4.41mm LGA package and 15mm × 15mm × 5.01mm BGA package. In addition, the device supports frequency synchronization, multi-phase operation, Burst Mode ® operation, and voltage tracking for power rail sorting output, and has an onboard temperature diode for device temperature monitoring.
